With a total surface area of 350 m2, including 200 m2 on the lower floor and 150 m2 on the upper floor, the Château de l'Ardoisière offers a wide range of possibilities for conferences, seminars, receptions, cocktail parties, walking dinners, .... The property is set in a vast park, a veritable green setting of 4.5 hectares, comprising a walled orchard, landscaped gardens, a majestic lake, beautiful birch trees and century-old plane trees. The entrance to the estate is next to the Cepes provincial school and has a car park with 90 spaces.
